Verifying Your Order
With our standard shipping procedure,an order confirmation notification will be provided within your order confirmation email. USA customers will receive their product via USPS.
Order Confirmation Emails
After confirming your order, an automated confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during the checkout process. This allows customers to check the accuracy of each order and shipping address. If you are not able to locate your confirmation email, please contact Customer Relations. In some cases, emails are bounced back due to spam filtering. Please check your spam folder for our email confirmation.
Declaration of Value and Contents
We declare the full value of your order on the shipping declaration label and documents. We label the contents as “skin care cream” on the shipping declaration.
Honevo orders entering the USA do not incur additional import fees.
Each country has different regulations about buying products from other countries. USA customers purchasing New Zealand Honevo products are eligible to receive this imported product without restriction. If you have any questions, please notify Customer Relations.
We are able to ship our products to U.S. Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
When completing your Shipping Address during checkout, please make note of the following:
- The City must be entered as either “APO” “DPO” or “FPO”
- The State must be selected as either “AA” “AE” or “AP”
- You must enter your Zip code
- Always remember to enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number
- Enter your country as “United States of America”
Please note, orders shipped to an APO/FPO address may take longer to be delivered. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your package to arrive.
There is no risk to you!
If your order has not arrived within the expected shipping time, please notify Customer Relations. We will replace any lost order free of charge. Honevo requests shipping address verification in order to verify if your product is en route for delivery before sending additional product.
Canada & Spain Orders
NOTICE: Items sent to Canada must be delivered as a tracked shipment, with a flat rate of $35.00 USD. This is due to increased difficulty in getting items through customs. We regret that orders to Spain cannot be processed, as even with tracked shipment the majority of these orders do not make it through customs. Thank you for your understanding.
